This tutorial explains step by step how to use Frida. It consists of several independent session listings. The listings contain only user commands and a few comments. It is intended for interactive use: Execute all commands in Frida, and observe the program's output.
All tutorial sessions use the same test data set, http://apps.jcns.fz-juelich.de/src/frida/frida-testdata1.tgz. Change to an empty directory and unpack the tgz archive. The five data files are from a test measurement at the neutron backscattering spectrometer SPHERES. They contain incoherent neutron scattering spectra of a glass-forming liquid, glycerol. Each file corresponds to one sample temperature, as expressed by the file names gly180 etc.
