Problems with infinite form factors

- Monte Carlo integration over bins is not compatible with infinite form factors
- Infinite shapes can only be correctly rotated in the xy-plane as the z-component of the outgoing wave vector is not calculated for the bin edges
Not clear what this means, but it should be clarified, and not be buried in a wiki page on "known issues".
