Description

PI is not a unit, and used much more often, and typically in other contexts, than units.
So definitions of PI, PI2, PID2 etc should be moved out of Units.h, and out of namespace Units.
To a file "Pi.h"? Or is there a solution from C++11?

There is definitely no PI in the C++11 standard, so we go for Pi.h.
