Description

thisbornagain.sh script is used to quickly setup PYTHONPATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH to point on BornAgain installation directory.

Inside, it tries to remove previous installation, but does it wrongly, producing following paths

PYTHONPATH=/opt/BornAgain/lib/BornAgain-1.7:/BornAgain-1.6

i.e. first part '/opt/BornAgain/lib/BornAgain-1.7' is as it should be, second part '/BornAgain-1.6' shouldn't be there.

This item is closely related to the installation directory structure. Do we want to keep what we have now?
