Revise fresnel coefficients calculations in the case of Monte-Carlo integration

Large detector (500x500) together with Monte-Carlo integration leads to huge (more than 20Gb), linearly growing, memory consumption in the course of running simulation.
This is not because of the leakage, but due to the caching of fresnel coefficients in ScalarFresenlMap and Co.

Consider switching caching off, if Monte-Carlo integration is enabled.
