Description

FitSpecularBasics.py returns correct result (the thickness of sample layers), but the error shown in the report is unrealistically high:

Fitting completed.
chi2: 1.2148678179247064e-12
thickness 3.000016495365972 4.992353272597191

The last value in the last line is the "error" of the parameter ("thickness") determination
