Description

See attached.

Intensity picture has weird vertical outbursts at certain angles. After removing big roughness of the last layer all the artifacts seem to disappear.

The vertical spikes in the intensity picture seem to be a consequence of the way we incorporate roughness in the calculation of R/T coefficients. These spikes are very real and are continuously connected to broad maxima when tuning the roughness sigma.
