Description

Layer of zero thickness affects SLD profile and the simulated scattering pattern. This bug appears only if the layer with top roughness is placed below the zero_thickness layer.

To reproduce see the attached script.

This situation contradicts the assumptions of the underlying roughness model (layer thickness should be much bigger than the roughness value). It is the main reason of the produced disruption on the curve. It is observable also at non-zero thicknesses of the gold layer - however, the thickness of the layer still should be smaller than the roughness on adjacent interfaces.
