From the specular simulation results, the way of getting the (q,reflectometry) or (theta,reflectometry) pairs was:

    data = sim_result.data()
    intensity = data.getArray()
    x_axis = data.getAxis(0).getBinCenters()

The methods above were simplified and are no longer existent. The current syntax is:

    x_axis = sim_result.axis()
    intensity = sim_result.array()
