The following example:
https://www.bornagainproject.org/documentation/examples/fitting/extended/reflectometry-pt-layer
utilizes an offset in the Q-axis in order to account for uncertainties in theta in the experiment.
Currently there is no API support for this, and one needs to introduce the offset by hand in Python. Consequently, it has to be counter-transformed as well (see section Q-offset in the above example).
