The polarization factor described in the IsGISAXS manual holds only for phi_i=phi_f. Instead, we should immediately go for the exact prefactors from RenaudLL09, eqs (92)-(95).

For full flexibility, two parameters must be added to the Instrument (Beam) description: a degree of polarization, and a polarization angle.

For a multilayer, it's not just one polarization factor.
Rather, polarization must be taken into account at each interface.
