Investigate and possibly fix transformations for polarized mesocrystals

Mesocrystal creates a formfactor that includes at the top level a transformation (eg. a rotation).
It is however not clear if magnetic materials are treated correctly in this case (since the magnetic vector might also need to be changed)

The rotations are treated correctly now, except for the backtransformation of the matrix valued scattering amplitude in FormFactorCrystal (TODO line added).

The transformation of the magnetic material is now taken into account for mesocrystals.
However, it would be more efficient to rotate the magnetic field for each particle's material before form factors are calculated.
