Description

Instead of calculating the amplitude for all atoms in a lattice basis separately, in the case of identical atoms, one should multiply its formfactor by a position factor. This also gives rise to selection rules that can be used to reduce the amount of reciprocal lattice vectors that are used in the calculation.
