Description
To make GUI independent from any local python installations.
The question to answer, how our python27.dll will interact with system one, when user will use BornAgain from python.

Now Python27.dll is included into Windows installer.
- No need anymore to have Python installed on the system to use BornAgain GUI
- If Python is installed, seems that everything is working (GUI is working, scripting is working, i.e. no conflict between different Python's dlls)
More testing is certainly necessary before release is like that
