  1. check minus sign in -1.0 * m_depth in PositionParticleInfo::clone
  2. explain in user manual meaning of depth<0 in the case of particles in the air layer
  3. what is the difference between PositionParticleInfo and LatticeBasis
  4. revise python example example Interference2DLattice2.py, functional test isgisaxs06.py (method RunSimulation_centered()) and explain how they are related to the original IsGISAXS ex-6 example

  1. ok now
  2. must be seperate issue
  3. ParticleInfo (which now contains position) should be used when only probabilities for a certain particle to be of a certain type is known; LatticeBasis however acts as a single particle which is build of basic particles at specific positions;
  4. also done

The implementation for ParticleInfo must however be reviewed, as it seems that the position info is not taken into account... OK now
